Coaching is all about doing! Regularly scheduled sessions give you the opportunity to discuss your hurdles, to identify the next steps, and to commit to new activities. It's not just about the time you'll spend with your coach each week – it's about what you're willing to do during the week as a result of your coaching session.
The Resource Line is designed to support goal planning activities. Our team of experienced Resource Coaches is available to answer questions, review progress, and help determine launch plan strategies. Use you coaching time allocation in the ways that best support you, whether through scheduled coaching, use of the Resource Line, or any combination of both.
