The first one we came across a few years ago was offered by Jeffrey Babener, an MLM attorney from Oregon.  He still offers the same manual called “Starting and Running the Successful MLM Company,” available at his twice-annual seminar held in Las Vegas, Nevada.  It’s a useful compilation of articles and materials to help jump-start your research.

One of the tireless champions of the MLM “little guy” is Rod Cook, known as America’s MLM Consultant and publisher of the MLM Watchdog.  He is generous with information and offers affordable guides and materials that are also useful for the student of MLM.

We recently came across an MLM startup guide offered by consultant Jay Leisner of Sylvina Consulting.  Though we have not looked inside, this book that sells for a few hundred dollars is offered as a guide for starting your own party plan or network marketing company.

The MLM startup consulting firm of Michael Sheffield who is the founder of Sheffield Resource Network offers useful articles that are available through their website.  We have also found a rich resource of articles through the website found at MLM.com.
